dreimanualiger Spieltisch 3.Teil (also engl.)

Bei der Restaurierung unseres Spieltisches sind wir einige Schritte weiter gekommen.

Wir möchten zwei neue Bilder zeigen:

1. die Koppelanlage mit neuen Aludrähten, dazu vielleicht noch die Erläuterung, dass die quer über den Einzelmembranen liegenden Bälge über ein Auslasssystem gesteuert werden. Die Koppel wird also eingeschaltet, indem der Wind dieses Balges entlastet wird (über die Bälgchen-Ventil-Kombination auf der rechten Seite). Damit kann dann entsprechend angesteuerte Membrane den Aludraht anheben und den jeweiligen Ton des entsprechenden Manuals spielen.

1. rechts und links, der hier noch nicht eingebauten Manualklaviaturen befinden sich die Bleirohre der (inzwischen eingebauten Registerstaffleien, die hier aber noch fehlen). Sehr interessant ist diese Konstruktion, dass wir nur ein Ausgang-Bleirohr pro Register haben. Also FK1, FK2 und HR werden auf der Staffelei zusammengeführt.

Seit ein paar Tagen sind wir dabei das komplette System mit einem Winddruck von 110mmWS auszuprobieren und hoffen noch vor Weihnachten den Segen von ganz oben erhalten zu können.

Als gewaltige Belastung empfinden wir inzwischen bei jedem einzelnen Minusgrad an Außentemperaturen, wenn dabei an die vollkommen unschuldig attackierten Menschen in der Ukraine gedacht werden muss. Ich hoffe nur, dass den Russen, welche diese Sauerei verursacht haben, gründlich durch ausgleichende Gerechtigkeit der dumme aggressive Schädel gewaschen wird.

Man verzeihe mir diese Wortwahl, aber jedes einzelne Bild von einer (einem) geschädigten Ukrainer:in erregt heftige Wut in mir.

We have made some progress in the restoration of our console.
We would like to show two new pictures:
a) the coupling system with new aluminium wires. In addition, we would like to explain that the bellows lying across the individual diaphragms are controlled by an exhaust system. The coupling is thus switched on by relieving the wind of this bellows (via the bellows-valve combination on the right). This then allows appropriately controlled diaphragms to lift the aluminium wire and play the respective note of the corresponding manual.
b) To the right and left of the manual keyboards, which are not yet installed here, are the lead pipes of the (in the meantime installed, but here still missing) stop staves. This construction is very interesting in that we only have one lead pipe per stop. So FK1, FK2 and HR are brought together on the easel.
Since a few days we are trying out the complete system with a wind pressure of 110mmWS and hope to get the blessing from the very top before Christmas.

In the meantime, we feel an enormous burden with every single minus degree of outside temperature, when we have to think of the completely innocent people in the Ukraine who were attacked. I only hope that the Russians who caused this mess will be thoroughly washed out of their stupid aggressive skulls by means of compensatory justice.

Forgive my choice of words, but every single picture of an aggrieved Ukrainian arouses fierce anger in me.

in response to various queries about which organ this is: we don’t want to say much about it, because that is a matter for the church. But I would like to show a picture of the organ in the west gallery, and thus reflect the atmosphere of this organ. On the right hand side in the choir room is the Rieger organ, which was built in 1968. Incidentally, it is thanks to Glatter-Götz that this romantically inclined organ of the gallery has been preserved.
